This place is AMAZING. The rooms are huge and beautiful, there’s a ton of space for storing all your stuff. It backs onto a mangrove, so if you’re on the top floor you’re going to have some absolutely incredible views of wildlife. Our first morning here, we woke up to see an alligator swimming down the water towards us, it was so beautiful and breathtaking to see. There are so many birds around making beautiful music. The streets around it get flooded, but that’s true for anywhere in Holbox. The raccoons play on the rooftop by the pool at night, so if you’re on the top floor it can be a bit noisy, but don’t let that stop you from coming here. It’s so peaceful to sit on the balcony, relax, and watch the water and the wildlife. If you’re not a nature type person, this might not be for you, but I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone because it’s an amazing experience I’ll never forget. Note: All the attached photos were taken at the hotel, most were taken from the balcony of our 3rd floor room.
Brand new accomodation with everything we needed for our stay. We stayed here 5 nights in June 2023. The apartments are fully equipped. The owner Olga was super helpful when we needed anything for our stay or for our plans in the island. I recommend Xamana 100%.
El mejor hotel de Holbox, atención impecable, limpieza y precio correcto . Sin duda volveré
Super chambre, belle décoration, bien équipée, petite cuisine, service de ménage journalier, rooftop avec piscine. Seuls points négatifs : un peu éloigné du centre (15-20 à pieds dans des rues inondées), chambres qui donnent sur les travaux d’en face (vue + bruit), pas d’eau chaude dans les douches.
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ces appartements, j'avoue avoir eu peur en regardant les avis mais pour nous tout s'est bien passé. Nous sommes arrivés avant le check in et nous avons pu déposer nos valises à l'accueil, nous avons été bien reçu par 2 personnes, l'appartement est agréable. Il manque un peu de matériel de cuisine mais nous avons pu nous débrouiller. L'emplacement est très raisonnable à 10 min du centre à pied. Le rapport qualité prix est très correct. Merci.
Un hotel precioso y muy acogedor, ideal para relajarse. Las personas que nos atendieron fueron muy amables. Sin duda, volveremos a alojarnos aquí!!

amplios estudios cómodamente amueblados. tiene cocina y área para trabajar, una terraza privada y un roof top con piscina. La verdad es que estuvimos incluso mejor de lo que esperabamos.
